Overall I want to say that this, as with all your work, is rather nicely done. The pose is cute, and the colors are well done as per your usual.
However, I would like to point out a few things that I feel could have done better.
First of all, the animation of the thorax looks somewhat awkward to me, appearing as if it is cut off at the shoulder and sliding rather than flexing or bending. The ventral abdomen and most of the rest of the spine, as well as the shoulders and front limbs, should be moving as well for a more natural look. Part of the thorax also "phases through" the shoulder and left arm.
The other aspect that I feel could be improved upon is the facial animation. It seems to use a mere two frames, and lacks a smooth transition between the two expressions. At least one frame in the middle to serve as a "mid-blink" expression, I feel, would make the animation appear quite a bit smoother.
